Do you struggle in social settings? Does talking to people cause you to feel physical fear? Hands sweating, legs shaking, heart pounding... Just from having a conversation? 

 

 

These are all signs that you might have Social Anxiety! 

 

 

 

In this week’s episode, I'm going to be sharing some clear signs of social anxiety such as:

 

 

  1. Fear around social situations. 
  2. Avoiding being the center of attention.
  3. Overthinking before and after events.
  4. Physical signs (Blushing, Increased Heart Rate, Trembling, Sweating).
  5. Behaviors such as cancelling plans, drinking alcohol in social settings, and avoiding eye contact.

 

 

 

Social anxiety doesn’t have to stop you from reaching your full potential. You CAN overcome your symptoms. It IS possible! I know this because I have helped many clients overcome social anxiety and I myself have overcome this as well. If we can do it, so can you!
